My lease is up in November. When Jude was the manager, CVHW cared about its residents. She went ABOVE, BEYOND, AND OVER the call of duty to make HER residents feel WANTED. Ms. Flynn, on the other hand, is out to make herself look good and doesn't care about her staff or the residents. We are just numbers to her. People that have been here for years can't wait to get out of here. One thing I will say though, people that have had the police called on them for harrassment and noise complaints---Ms. Flynn bends over backwards for them by renewing their leases. And let's not forget all the illegal immigrants/aliens that live here that don't have leases in their names---------they are sponging off of others. They are welcome as long as they can pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as pts go, that's a joke. People have all kinds and sizes of dogs---but that's ok!!!!
