I have lived here for two years and am ready to move out! I am in the one bedroom; I was drawn to it because the size was good for the price. Since I have lived here though I have had my air conditioner brake several times. My hot water has also been a problem, I went an entire weekend without any hot water because they never seemed to be able to fix it. I also went two days without a bathtub or shower because they had to replace mine since it was raining on the girl downstairs whenever I took a shower (they only replaced it after an attempt of duct tape didn't work)! The office staff is very nice, but still can't seem to really get any thing done for you. Maintanence tries to mend everything but never actually FIXES it!! The apartments need some real updating before I would put any more money into them!

We visited here 4/08 and I was of course impressed by the decor of the SHOW APT and the professionalism of the Office Manager. I was concerned most by the age of the windows (high heating and cooling bills), mold on the window frames and some in the bathroom. I wondered how much attention is given to providing a healthy environment to live. I try to imagine what the apts they actually rent must look like because the SHOW APT is always better. Thanks for taking the time to post and confirm my concerns.
