I agree, I asked a number of time to fix heating coil. I have been with out heat for 2.5 months and no action has been taken. I told the leasing office that I was going to hold my rent check for Feb. They said that I only need to pay half the rent in Feb, I still am not satisfied. What do you think'

your full of crap i personally know all the staff here and you probably didnt pay your rent and decided to make an excuse. The office staff is lax and can be somewhat rude but the mant techs are great you have to understand if you complain and it doesnt get fixed its the office not the techs.
