For the money I paid to live there it was horrible. For paying over 900 dollars a month things never changed. Maintanece was slow it would take weeks to fix even the smallest of problems. The few good people they had were so frustrated with the new managers they left. I can recall problem after problem with the whole community. When talking to my neighbor they said their floors were falling in. Another neighbour told me they had mold in their apartment and the manager kept telling them that it happend all the time and that it would not "hurt" them. This was unacceptable and I know a lot of people who filed complaints. I could go on and on about the stories people told me. I believe there are better places in Mobile to live and the one I currently live at now is a dream come true compared to what i endured there. I would not recomdend this property to anyone unless you want to live at substandard levels.

It's all true, all they do is take your money & lie to you. They don't have any interest in maintaining anything. The entire complex is full of mold & termites. The units are all substandard, the plumbing all leaks along with the windows. The building visible from the office by prospective clients is the only one they actually fix or landscape. Three families moved out of my building this week, they are the lucky ones!!This is hell!!
