Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I would not recommend living in this complex for several reasons.
The ceilings/floors are paper thin so you are constantly aware of every footstep taken your neighbors above.
Maintenance is extremely friendly and efficient although pitifully understaffed for a complex this size. We have had use of the toilet in our master bathroom for only 4 of the 12 months we have lived here.
Trash is constantly left in the breezeways, and there is no enforcement of cleaning up after pets (try walking through the grass, WATCH YOUR STEP!).
The staff is very friendly and will tell you everything you would like to hear, but, as soon as you leave the office or hang up the phone, your problems are forgotten or dismissed.
