I am a resident paying close to a $1000 a month. I have two children and have had termites swarms coming in my apartment for the last 4 days every night. My children are terrified. I am contacting an attorney because they are taking their time in handling the issue. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance is slow to fix problems and they do not keep the grounds any cleaner than cheaper apartments. They claim to have a pet policy but its not enfoces with feces everywhere. Its ridiculous. I saw termite swarms coming out of the walls of Building 9. I would assume the walls are being eaten up. The people running this place are very irresponsible, belligerent, arrogant, and greedy. Watch out for exorbitant rate increases and fees. Maintenance is almost non-existent.

The people in the office are rude non caring unintellingent boobs. All the negative things people are saying are true. So help me if my rent goes up I am out of here. If it does go up that means the people in the office are LIARS as I was told it won't go up that much. If it does I am out of here. Every time you turn around there is someone new working if the office. Termites, beyond slow maintenance and beligerent mean nasty staff are the norm. If they don't shape up I am contacting someone who will shut them down or do something about the way this apartment complex is run!!!!!!

Everything posted is true. The office has now come to the point they don't even bother to answer the phone. You can leave a message, but they won't call you back. I am still waiting 8 months for repairs & am now living with bare cement & tack strips due to leaks & they do absoluetly nothing. The buildings were vandalized & unrepaired. They let the garbage pile up in the compactor for over a month & it was filled with vermin & bugs. I have never lived anyplace so bad & it's not cheap! They are quick to take their rent out of your account, but do not provide anything for it. there is no service & they don't even bother to maintain the outside lighting, you have to use a flashlight just to get your key in the lock. Unbelieveable! I'm thoughly disgusted & getting out as soon as I can. Three families in my building moved out this week alone.
