I am a resident of Hampton Park currently and I will say that everthing about the place is horrid.



Management is the worst I have ever seen and I have been renting for 10 years.




One day late with the rent and you should not get eviction threats nor should you place notices on peoples doors about dog mess when tenants pay good money to have an animal.







Maintence is a joke. I have requested extermination on 2 occasions over the past 4 months and no one has responded. Under normal circumstances this would not be a problem but in our case we have spiders and I was bit on the leg. My leg swelled 3 times normal size and I was bed ridden for 3 weeks, out of work and on medicine with a high fever from infection. I could have died. I had to have my leg lanced to drain the poison.









I absolutley hate living here. They are not picky about who they will rent to, even convicts. For example, I was coming home from work one day to see 3 men on foot with rifles. I was scared to go to the apartment so I parked a few spaces down since they were right at my aprtment, then one of the men approached me and asked had I seen a man running through the complex (whom is a tenant; and wanted in 2 states) It turned out these guys were bounty hunters and been given permission to run around with their gun by our management.




There were children outside playing if I was a parent I would have been outraged. Children should not have to fear playing in their own apartment complex. I feel that they should at least have been with the maintenance guy or a uniformed policeman. These guys do not have real badges.









I would not recommend this complex to anyone with children. I find it unsafe. The noise level is terrible due to the numerous amounts of young adults partying outside on the weekends. People who collect aluminum cans could retire after a weekend from all the beer cans in the dumpster.






I would never suggest this place to anyone and I look forward to leaving here it has been a total nightmare.
