I enjoyed living here. I lived here for 2 years and it is very family oriented, there are many activities like a parade during Christmas, crawfish boils, and many other things. There were some break ins and car thefts when I lived there, so you just have to be alert and safe, get to know your neighbors. The staff was friendly as well, you can use the free copy and fax machine which was nice. There was lots of maintenance men and they were very prompt in their service. The apts weren't that great looking, kind of old, but no rodents or problems. You get what you paid for here. They had a car wash facility too, which was free. Plus, it was in the middle of Mobile, so 10 minutes anywhere.
