Ok people,its time to give The Arbors at Hilcrest aka "LIVING HELL" lol there PROPS!!! This place has change so much...I really dont know where to start.If your looking for a place to stay please consider living here.These apartments are coming with washer/dryers,so that means no hot laundry room!!! If your ever in town and just stop by The Arbors and take a tour for yourself!!! PLEASE dont look at some of these nasty reviews on here and let that change your mind about moving there.JUST CHECK THEM OUT FOR YOURSELF!!!! I guess thats enough info for now....

I visited my friend, who lives at The Arbors, again recently and I will say that the property was very clean and the pool area looked great. I am glad to see that the fake pictures of this place were deleted. I always enjoy my visits and will still apply for an apt there when I do move to Mobile in the near future. (and no, I am NOT an employee nor was I paid to give kudos. No animals, real or stuffed, were harmed in this review. :)

I live in the Arbors Apartments. I can write about my bad experiences but not so many good experience's. In all my years in living in an apartments, I do feel as though The Arbors needs work. I had several bad experiences and feel the team that works there are "CON ARTISTS". The true fact of the matter is that before the Arbors took over these apartments were basically run down. The Arbors took these apartments and did what was called "a quick fixer upper" they replaced a few moldings, sprayed some paint on the walls, re-surfaced the baths, cleaned the carpets and added refurbished appliances and said... there's your new apartment(true). I think that the company is a scam and they are a money hungry company that will do anything by any means necessary to get money to pay for the renovations. (Staff's are commissioned money hungry). My advice to all that read this post: be very mindful before you sign a lease at The Arbors @ Hillcrest. Look at the walls, the bathrooms, the floors and pay special attention to what is being stated to you by the staff... make them fix it THEN!!!. My over all experiece has been horrible. On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate The Arbors @ Hillcrest a 5.5. The few good experience I had while living at the Arbors is; my furniture made my apartment look AWESOME. I write this to allow you to be aware that I have many many bad experiences at my apartment thatI can discuss from Verbally assaultive to Un- Concerned staffs and so many others. However, I prayed about it and God allowed me to make it through. I invite the person looking to move to the Arbors to think twice. I am not saying rather you should or should not move into the apartment based on mme because everyone is different. I do however would like you to address the issues that are visible to the eye and come back a second or third time to make your final decision. Look carefully with the person that gives you your walk through, address the problems immediately. You may be excited about moving in, but once you move in it's a whole different ballgame. Again, once you sign that lease at The Arbors you will find out that it is a BIG dissappointment. My advice to the Arbors is to please clean up your act with the staff, the property and learn to be generous with the people who reside at the complex. Offer them incentatives learn to give rather than drain and making people that live there miserable. Again, do not base my experience on yours see for yourself.
