Money Pit Don't make a mistake, look at other complexes first. Most of the newer apts are running specials right now. #1 reason for moving is my power bill for my one bedroom in July $200 and August $150. #2 Everything needs to be updated. Maintenance is a joke..worked on a/c 5 or 6 times

Highly Recommend I currently live in Maison de Ville and do not have one complaint. All of my neighbors are really quiet. The apartments are a little dated but they are kept up really well and everything is clean. Parking is never a problem, plenty of spaces open all the time. Havent had any

High Priced I lived in Timber ridge for 9 months,then had to break my lease (that just re-newd) to relocated for a job in Tampa,FL...so I couldnt wait to leave Mobile,AL....I advised the apart mamanger Linsdey I would be leaving,and would need to end my lease.Just beware they ask
