Kevin the manager is terrible. He doesn't see to his staff carrying out their duties. I have had numerous problems in my place and he is well aware of them but has done nothing to change the situation. The Maintance workers are always riding around as if they are on a mission yet I rarely see them repair anything. I have witness numerous amount of hit and runs in the parking lot as well as fights. This place is not what I thought it to be at all.
