I have lived at Arbor Station since Aug. 2004. It has been a good place to live. I started out in a two bedroom and later moved to a three bedroom. The only reason I am leaving is because I am transferring jobs.

Goods: The apartments are very roomy and there are HUGE patios/balconies. I've never had a problem with roaches or maintenance. Every time I had a minor issue, they can right away. These apartments also have intrusion alarms which is a BIG plus.

Bads: The only really bad thing is that they will not let you out of a lease without you having to fork over a lot of money. I have no choice with my job transfer, and it is going to cost me almost $1200 to break my lease. I wish they were a little more understanding about that. And one of my pet peeves is they never answer the office phone when you call. You have to leave a message 8 times of of 10 (but they do return phone calls).


Parking is good depending on where you live. When I lived in the 2-bedroom it was wonderful. It's not so good in the 3-bedroom.
