Okay, for what you get for the money, Arbor Station can't be beat. It's the only apartment complex in the area that includes washers and dryers in unit. That alone is worth some time & money each month. The apartments are a decent size and in okay condition. The kitchen & bathrooms are horribly dated and difficult to keep clean with low-end cabinetry, countertops & flooring. Wallpaper peeling, stains, and other minor issues are pretty standard. The real issue with this complex is the other renters. Frequently I've been woken by neighbor's music, people park wherever they please, including blocking traffic... And there is a problem with neighbors curbing their animals, watch were you step! Not to mention the persistant problem with strays. If you're looking for a temporary solution to get by with, its a decent place. If you want something long term, you're better off finding somewhere better that you might have to pay a little more for. Just goest to prove, you get what you pay for. I would highly suggest spending some extensive time around to really see what you're getting into. Also check out the place on a Saturday night to see what to expect. Just go in with both eyes open.
