There is a BIG lizard problem

I lived in Arbor Station from 2005-2008. It was really quiet, I had great neighbors but when I wanted to leave my house at night, I was terrified. There were albino lizards all around the outer door seals. Once a lizard got into my apartment and I thought I was going to die! If they try to sell you an apartment near the tree, say no! The lizards rule that place and there is nothing I was told that they can do about it!

Thank you for sharing your info! So many people post about apartments, but leave out any pest control issues (which I wish they would list as the first issue if that problem exists!). I know some people aren't too bothered by things like lizards (or mice, etc.), but others think those are the nastiest problems to have and would rule an apartment out that had them.
I lived in Arbor Station for four years several years ago. I once had a lizard get into my apartment and had to call a friend to chase it down, but that was the only time I ever saw a lizard indoors or out. No mice, and a few roaches a few times a year. They were huge, flying roaches (palmeto bugs), but I could stand to kill and get rid of them. Any bigger critters would've been too gross, though. I always found the apartment nice, quiet, and in a good location. Your lizard problem, however, would've had me calling an exterminator or moving! Ick!
