These renovated apartments are smaller with less storage space everywhere. One bedroom is good for one person but crammed for two people. The area is good but immediate neighbors being hospital and fire station - not so good. Management and maintenance is pretty good. It is not noisy except for the sirens. Apartment was in good shape when we moved in.
