For the money and service, Azalea Hill Suites can't be beat in Montgomery! My spouse and I stayed in both a furnished efficiency and unfurnished 2 bdrm during our time here, and although the furniture in the efficency had clearly seen better days, the 2bdrm was the largest we found (1100 sq ft) anywhere close to the price, clean, bright and safe.

The office staff - especially Margaret - seem to go out of their way to help, from letting us continue to check the mail at the efficiency after we'd moved to letting us park our storage containers right outside for a couple days while we packed.

The fitness center and pool are nothing special, but neither seems to ever be too busy. Parking lots are plenty big enough, and lit well (this may even be frustrating if your bedroom window faces the parking lot). Good area, easy access to I-95, Atlanta Hwy and Eastern Blvd.

My one complaint: the entryways echo pretty loudly. We can hear anyone talking while coming or going, and the maintenance guys come out with blowers in the mornings (usually around 9am) to clean out leaves, etc. from the apartment entryways, which sounds like they're actually doing it in the apartment itself. If someone was working evenings, they might have a hard time sleeping in!

Bottom line: for the price, size and service, this is a great deal.
