the staff and maintenance personnel here are great, especially the ones that have been with this facility for awhile.however the overall complex is not what the ads describes.the outside sounds/noise in the apartments are terrible. ie neighbor door closing(closet,bathroom,all doors), dog barking, running water(pipes). the traffic is awful, it is only one entrance and one exit, with ph2 they need another entrance and exit. "SOME" of the residents kids are everywhere on their bikes and alot of times in harms way with no adult supervision. and finally with all the military personnel that lease apts out here, the company "watts" should consider a military discount for these personnel not just a military clause on their lease.....
