Do not be fooled! This place looks nice, but you have no idea. For starters, our neighbors (a family of eight in a three bedroom apt.) play loud music at all times, and love to slam doors. When I call to complain, the courtesy officer rarely shows up. They have not documented any of my complaints. Our neighbors are drug dealers and I can regularly smell marijuana in my apartment. I have called to notify the leasing office of this, and they said there is nothing that can be done. They even implied that it might be coming from my apartment!

On a routine maintenance call, I had my $400 iPod stolen. The maintenance department regularly enters your apartment without prior notice. Again I was informed that nothing could be done. Not to mention I received an eviction notice while I was away on business. It stated that I had not paid rent, and I had seven days to vacate the premises. This was due to a clerical error in the leasing office. The laws and rules of the outside world do not apply. When you live hear you learn to expect the unexpected and realize that each day will be worse than the one before.

I wish I could make my experiences known to a greater audience to prevent the same hardships that my fianc and I have had to endure.
