If you're a professional, don't move here. You won't have a place to park, and you won't have a quiet place to live. Assigned parking is a joke---someone else is always in your space and management does nothing about it. I usually had to lug my groceries hundreds of feet from where I was forced to park, which was extremely far from my apartment. This was all because idiots with more than one car thought nothing of parking in the guest spots. Again, management did nothing about this. Neighbors toss their garbage on eachother's patios and they let their dogs crap everywhere without cleaning it up. Management does nothing because they're too afraid of conflict since they're all female management and that's how 'southern belles' were brought up I guess. Just thinking about the place now I get pissed off again, and that was well over a year ago that I lived there. I had young kids renting across from me, as well as loser-single mothers that couldn't control their kids. The mother across from me would lock her kids out on her balcony and they would scream at the top of their lungs for hours. Then there were the parties. They were always occurring on the balconies too. Need to get in touch with the management' Good luck because they're never in the office. There's one manager in the office at all times and they're usually out showing apartments. There's no one to cover for them when they're out showing apartments or having lunch. It was a total joke. That was the worst place I've ever lived EVER and I've lived in many apartment complexes. Maybe if I was a stupid redneck from the south I wouldn't know any better and would go on and on about how great this place was. But I'm not. I know better and I know they suck.

You know, you can criticize the apartment complex, but you don't need to insult all southerners in general. I live in this complex too, and I agree with many of your complaints, but it's not because any of us are "stupid rednecks from the south" - it's because people in general are often inconsiderate (as are you by insulting us all) and the management of this complex is afraid to piss anyone off because they don't want to lose tenants. Granted, they still lose tenants who get pissed off over their lack of response and we end up living in a complex full of troublemakers, but that doesn't make us "stupid rednecks from the south." And by the way, those of us with more than one car are not idiots, we're couples who each have a car so we can get to work every day and pay our bills. I find it amusing that you're bitching about the location of your parking space and then seem to expect those of us with two cars to park one car in our assigned space and the other... where? Across the street at the grocery store? That's one of the reasons there are so many "visitor" spaces. And we were told specifically by management that we needed to park our second car in a visitor space because each apartment only gets one assigned space. Get your head out of your butt and realize that we all deserve just as much respect as you and we can't all survive with one vehicle. Most families are dual income families by necessity. And having two people with jobs in differnt locations requires two vehicles in order for them to get back and forth reliably.
