My time here has been awfull I was impressed when I came and looked by the staff but after moving in things changed I would strongly recommend talking to other tenants before moving in there has been alot of partying going on till all hours of the night and the staff is not willing to take care of the problem instead I've found that it has been much easier for them to just make up an excuse they are more concerned with the bottom line and keeping the apartments rented than to take care of the one who have not caused trouble if you need a repair done good luck you might get it done before your lease is up it seems gosip is more important than repairs the last thing is the parking there is non and good luck if you have two people in your home that drive you may as well forget getting a parking place and if you have someone in yours well they will handle things simular to the way they handle everything else refer to the top of the paragraph all and all I would say buy a tent and go to a campsite service will probably be better and parking I know will be for the money it a better way to go than renting here

I live near this person who is making the same accusations over and over again, by posting as several different persons. He and his wife approached me and other neighbors trying to urge us to go to this site and trash the community. I have only one issue with the property, well make that two and that is parking, and the fact that I can only use one cable provider that they have a contract with. I do not like their service and wanted to use another available in the area, but cannot because they are not allowed on the property due to a contract that the parent company made with the cable company that I don't want to use. Parking is a pain, but that is not the staff's fault either. They all live here on the property and have to deal with it themselves. I have made them aware that someday I may have to have a closer spot because of a degenerative conditon that I have and they had no problem with that and made it plain that they would take care of it gladly. Now, more on this couple that is making all these posts. They were here before I moved here and from the get-go 'he' was horrendous to deal with. There is a policy here at the complex that you have to have your dog on a leash at all times and he just mocked that over and over again. The office made many the required efforts and documentation to deal with the situation and let me know that he had recieved his three warnings, with the last threating eviction. He finally put the dog on a leash and with me watching from balcony let the leash go as the do ran around with the leash trailing behind him. At this the staff issued a final warning and from then on they have walked the dog properly. I am very afraid of animals and was chased and attacked by a loose dog when I was a child and so I have a problem with loose animals. The man who lives across from me has not only two family vehicles that he and his wife use, but he also brings home a van from work and takes up another parking space. He does not get along with any of his neighbors and we are anxiously waiting for them to leave. He is so bad that their son left to live with the biological father. I do not smoke in my house and at times while I was smoking on my balcony we could hear him raging at that poor, sweet boy. I am really shocked that they have been nasty about the maintenance staff since they always appeared to be really chummy with them, and the lady in charge has gone out of her way to defend him to me and her supervisors when it came to the dog situation. She personally asked me to be patient that she would talk to him personally and get him to do as he was supposed to. I saw them always talking and hanging out at the same pool that they said stinks so bad. The neighbors and I have talked about it and we think the reason why they have turned on the staff is because the couple leaving all the bad reviews had a break-up a couple months back and the wife had the staff change the locks to the door and when he showed that same evening she had them also call the police on him. The wife confided in us that he had been having an affair with another young lady who lived on the property and was coming and staying with her even though he was never on their lease, just her. It is policy that if you are not on the lease that you can be booted off the property if you are not invited and pose a threat. The wife called the lady in charge of maintenace personally to have her call the police and have him escorted off the property. This came from her mouth to several of us. She told quite a few people out here on the property while it was all going on. A few days later they decided to work on things and from what I understand is that the other lady involved moved off the property. We have not seen them very much since this all happened and I am sure it because they are embarrassed. I for one and am know that a lot of the rest of us will be glad when they are gone. They live like pigs and the office has had to send notices to them about the stuff they leave on their balcony like hanging out clothes to dry. They are gross and shady and never pick up behind their dog. I don't know why they are complaining about the grass being mown since they don't take any measures to clean up the mess their dog leaves. Landscaping here is beautiful and they have a crew of guys who come every week to take care of the grass, trees, even leaf-blowing and removing all the fallen leaves. I am going to to put in a real review later when I get the chance, but I just want folks to know that I love living here, maintenance has been very good to me, the staff extremely helpful and diligent, and I just signed on for another 12 months. That couple are an issue for the property, but the staff has been very good at containing them and their abusive ways. I can't wait till they leave, and if the wife reads this she needs to know that he is still seeing the other women. I a fried of mine from the property saw them leaving a local bookstore hand in hand. Also I will be letting the office know about all these reviews that they have been leaving on here and that they are the ones behind them. I am going to let them know that they have asked a lot of us to write derogatory reviews, and I know he left those about the maintence lady, because he has said the same things to us, and only after she called the police on him. She was doing her job at the request of his wife, and from what I understand she felt really bad about the whole situation and told them she had them in her prayers. I write this response because I know the real story, and cannot wait to see what happens when I let the office know about all this stuff they have put on here.
