I am in the military and came to Bell Station about three years ago. The staff was great. I was able to make arrangements to lease the apartment sight unseen. I dealt mostly with Katherine and she was nothing but helpful and friendly. I needed someplace quick and they were able to prelease this apartment and get it ready for me to move in ASAP. The maintenance supervisor met me early on a Saturday morning to make sure I was able to get into my apartment and get me my keys. They are not open on the weekends and they went out of their way to be accomodate me. She was really helpful to me and gave me her personal cell-phone number so I could call her if I had any questions about the apartment. The entire staff lives on the property so they are very accessible.
The grounds are kept very tidy and there are always elaborate displays during the different holiday seasons. The staff has a lot of different get-togethers for the community and when I am able to go they are always fun. My neighbors are a great bunch. I even have a group of college boys living above me and their is never an issue with noise where they are concerned.
Parking is not overabundant here, but there is plenty of visitors spots and parking at the office. There are several residents here who also park there work vehicles on the property so I really see where parking is a major issue.
One of the big draws for me about the community is that it is gated and very well lit. The staff is real good about keeping all the safety lights working properly.
I am really happy here and will be here till I am transferred. This Place Is Great!
