I am fairly new to Montgomery and Moved into Carriage Hill apts. Even though the Staff has been extremely friendly, that is the only thing they are good at. I had a 2 BDroom townhouse which was infested w/roaches and ants. I had no doors on my Bedrooms for 5 months. The heating was constantly broken as well as the Air. The back patio was left trashed. It seemed they were more concerned that my blinds stayed closed then ensuring I had everything I needed. I moved into a second floor 2 bdroom and it was trashed. The draws were rotting away and the closet doors were off the hinges. the A/c was broken all summer.. Consting us hundreds of Dollars for 90 degree weather in the house. The A/C leaked all over the clothes and all they did was change my filters. The pool didnt open until late July and the staff never opened on the weekends like they were supposed to. Trying to get a hold of someone after hours was horrible to inc. Security. I do not reccommend this place at all! Oh yeah and they are surrounded by 2 Night Clubs! Very Noisey and alot of traffic on late weekends..

I totally agree with this post. I lived there for less than a year and things were awful. My heat and A/C were constantly broken. The last straw was when a pipe busted under my apartment and the water leaked through my carpet. The only thing that they did was dry vacuum it but the water continued to come through the carpet. I called one night and told them that the water was back in my bedroom but they told me that i was suppose to the water up myself. I had to live in my living room for three weeks while trying to find another place to live. I found another apartment complex that was much better. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone

This is the WORST place I have ever lived and the WORST apartment living I have ever experienced. My car was broken into and stereo equipment was stolen. When it rains, the parking lot flood, the drains are stopped up and the water stands for days. I lived there for one year, and items that needed repairing when I moved in was still broke when I moved out. There are two clubs surrounding this apartment complex, therefore, parking and the noise is awful. Kids from other apartments come over, make noise and destroy the place. Management keep poor records of your rent. Therefore make sure you keep copies of everything. Otherwise they will accuse you of not paying and evict you when you have paid rent. Lastly, the lease states you will receive your deposit back within 30 days if you leave the apartment the way that you found it at move in. Think again. I had to take them to small claims court to get my deposit back. Throughout my stay here all concerns went ignore to include a refund of my deposit and the apartment was left in better condition than it was when I moved in. Moving here from out of town, I have learned my lessons and will do better research next time. Don't let the niceness of the staff fool you into living here, you will regret it!

Oh yes, don't forget the rent, 30 days after I moved out they called me, threatening to call my commander.. I was like Hello.. I moved out a month ago.
