If this in the only place you can afford to live, TAKE HEED! Keep every Receipt,because at some point you will have to prove that you paid your rent or you will be evicted. Be prepared to do your own repairs,items identified for repair on move in, had not been fixed when I moved out a year later. Expect your property to be broken into, IT IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. There are two clubs surrounding these apartments,therefore the noise level can be unbearable at times. If you leave the apartment in good condition, don't expect your deposit back. Even though the lease states it will be refunded in 30 days, you will have to fight for it. If at all possible, let this be your last resort of a place to stay. Happy Living!
