Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived at Colonial Grand for a year now and absolutely love it. The management staff has always been very helpful and attentive to my needs. The girls in the office always have a smile on their face. Maintenance always comes over when called to fix any problems. I would recommend living here to everyone.
