I have lived here since about the time the property was built. I loved the apartment itself, but had other problems while here. First of all, the apartment is terribly overpriced. The office staff has changed entirely at least 3 times since I have lived here. There have been at least 5 or 6 different managers and the place is either 3 or 4 years old. Maintenance is always prompt, however. The same handyman has been here since I have. The grounds go from looking really good to looking terrible. The grass in the lake is a nightmare to look at and you have to pay more to get the lake view. Overall, there are other places just as nice for less money.
