Pretty Much Perfection

I have lived in 12 apartments in 7 cities since 1991. I lived here for 2.5 years, and would continue to do so if I was not leaving Montgomery.
The apartments are spacious, quiet (I am a freak about this) and well-built. Management responds to complaints/issues quickly and well.
High percentage of military, particularly young foreign military families here for the air college.
My only criticisms would be: that the residents now feature more families- and therefore more kids (the american ones are the only ones that make noise), and more of a lower-end mix than before; and that the pool has always been essentially a public hangout on summer weekends.
Montgomery continues it's march eastward. When I moved in here in early 2001, this was on the eastern edge of Montgomery residences. It is now closer to the center. All growth is east, which has put the complex in the center of Mtgy population, for better and worse. Growth on the eastern boulevard and a new shopping plaza mean more neighborhood traffic.
But if you are looking for a high-end apartment (complete with a wonderful tennis court no one ever uses- it's like having your own), a sparsely used fitness facility, good management, excellent location (1 mile from I-85- but you'll use Perry Hill Rd- exit 4 instead of the more obvious exit 6 once you learn the traffic.)
And for those who like the second floors- the stairs are INSIDE your door. A nice feature. I use this apartment as the standard when I look elsewhere.
