i stay there for a year. it was horrible experience. some part of the apartment complex start showing signs of aging. separation between apartments are not good. They probably used cheap material. i used to hear all the conversation from next door neighbor,especially their fights! The worst thing that would happen to you if you decided to move in a ground level apartment, where exhaust of the split-ACs right next to your bed room. caz of lousy material and lack of sound proofing ,i used to get up in the middle of the night from the AC exhaust fan.
please be careful!
Although, they charged me 100$ for carpet cleaning and decoration fee for the apartment but my apartment smell like dog for the duration of my stay.
