I found Colonial Grand to be a great place to live. The somewhat high rent keeps away the partying college-age crowd, I never had a problem with noisy neighbors or parties going on late into the night, etc. There are a lot of military families who live here, including some foreign officers here for training at Maxwell.

Another reviewer mentioned a pest problem. One time some ants did get into my apt, so I called the office and someone came and sprayed the next day. I never saw another ant in my apt. I never had my car vandalized or broken into, and I drive a nice red sports car. I found all the staff at the office to be extremely friendly. The only reason I moved out was because I am in the military and got orders to go elsewhere. I'd recommend Colonial Grand to anyone.
