I've lived at Colonial Grand for 2 years now. I am moving next month when my lease is up. In the past 6 months, things have taken a quick downhill turn. There have been numerous break ins lately, and the number of less than desirable people loitering in the parking lots has increased. Children's toys are left scattered about the lawns and sidewalks. Ants love the apartments, so invest in ant spray. The weight room started out nice, but has also suffered from a lack of caring lately. Almost all of the bulbs in the weight room have blown, and there has been no attempt at fixing them. A cable snapped on a piece of equipment 2 months ago, and has still not been replaced. Don't be surprised to find the office staff outside smoking with the maintenence workers. For the price, this place is not worth it.
