I have lived in Colonial Grand since June and I have had to call the office several times to get them to come out and spray for ants with no luck. They keep coming back and when they are so bad that they find a way to get into the dishwasher, there's not much you can do. Also, the apartmets should be much bigger for the amount we pay for them.
