Cheap, but not worth it

It's cheap at $580/month - maybe the best in the city you can get at that price, but I wouldn't recommend it.
The tennis courts are always locked up, all the equipment in the fitness center is broken, the pools are always dirty, there's an insect problem, and the gates never work.
It's also located in a fairly tough neighborhood. I've never had any problems, but it's a sign when you always have to go through license checkpoints night after night. This is also a blue collar, low-income, --------American neighborhood.
They've been pretty good in maintenance to me and again, it's cheap. But you get what you pay for...
