I've been living here now for two 1/2 years and the part that I live in is close to the office. It's quiet where I live, but it's ghetto! There are tons of holes in the street parking lots, the buildings are old so the floor squeaks, you can hear your neighbors through the walls and in the bathroom, the stairs leading to the upstairs apartments are made of old wood and you can see they are starting to chip and there are a couple of loose boards. The management is nice and they will work with you, but the maintenance here sucks big time! They take forever to get things fixed! Although it is quiet where I stay, I wasn't born or raised in the ghetto so I shouldn't have to live in the ghetto.
