It's the maintanence and management! I know you hear this all the time, but this is actually true! You know, this place wasn't half bad when I first moved in here. Then when the manager left and the assistant manager became the manager...Lena! You know who you are! That's when everything went under! We had two fires in two separate buildings. This was early last year...Do you think those buildings are fixed' Who wants to live in a complex where you see a burned building in the front of the complex' That makes the apartments look bad! Then, the manager is so unprofessional. That little skinny thing thinks she's professional, but if she was, she wouldn't be dating a tenant! Now, that's just unethical. And she cares more for him than she does for her tenants. Perfect example...Some kids were playing ball, and she had the nerve to tell one of the tenants that if one of those balls hit her man's car, somebody was going to have to pay! Okay...so, what about the other cars' She is so hung up on him, until she can't do her job properly! The roads have holes in them, every stairwell in the complexes are old and cracking and some of the nails have come out of them. And she will not get them fixed! I had a problem with my toilet...and I have a small child. The maintenance said that because I have another toilet, that it is not a top priority! What''' That's nasty! Now, I know there is no perfect apartment complex and that there are problems at every apartment complex...but for the owners to own this one and Gazebo East, you would think they would have enough money to fix up the place and make it look at least liveable! They let anyone in here! And that's why I'm leaving! I have learned a valuable lesson....You get what you pay for!
