I was a tenant from Sep 2006 to Jun 2008. I lived in 4 different apartments in the complex due to reason ranging from the building catching on fire to explosion of a hot water tank. I was pretty content at first then the age of the apartment started to bother me. The old wood and bathrooms held a uncoverable odor. The kitchens were beyond outdated. On top of that they never wanted to fix anything. The lighting is bad at night and several cars have been broken in to.The bugs are terrible even with pest control. I came home one day and my lights were on things were moved around and my expensive jewelry was missing and no one had a key to my apartment but me and the rental office. The laundry room is disgusting. The management (Amanda and Darlene) is the worse I have ever seen. They talk to you as if you have to stay there.I am not one to bad mouth anyone but, I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU PLEASE MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. The price is cheap but don't be fooled. Remember you get what you pay for.
