When I first moved here, Management was horrible. As you know, it all trickles down from the top. She was rude and unprofessional, and her attitude affected everyone around her. I know that we are all adult and accountable for our own actions but you can only imagine that morale was low in the office, and with maintenance. Now that Lena is gone, things are getting better. The new manager is kind and so is the assistant. I used to be discouraged from calling with a problem because of the negative vibe through the phone (which is a trip because I am a paying tenant). Now I feel comfortable. I believe with time and dedication Eastdale apartments will turn around. I have seen many improvements. I actually have great neighbors. They are quiet, kind and I feel safe. I would like to see more lighting and the parking lot fixed but I know in time they will resolve these issues. Even the pest control guy comes on a regular basis. Oh, one thing I hate, when my neighbor smokes in the bathroom and turns on the fan the odor saturates our bathrooms. Other than that, I am content.
