U GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THERE ARE FELONS ON THE PROPERTY ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIM TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK. THE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND THE BUG MAN DOESNT DO ANYTHING BUT SQUIRT SOME BROWN CRAP IN THE KITCHEN. THE PROPERTY HAS POOR LIGHTING,
POOR MAINTENCE MEN, POOR INSULATION. THERE ARE DRAFTS COMING FROM EVER WINDOW AND DOOR. NEVERTHELESS U DO HAVE A ROOF OVER UR HEAD. JUST NOT AT ALL, WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. ONLY THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS HAVE FIREPLACES, THAT SUCKS. THEY HAVE A BOOTLEG BASKETBALL COURT WITH THUGS PLAYING ON IT. THE FIRST BUILDING YOU SEE COMING FROM ATL HWY IS BURNED IT JUST LOOKS LIKE THE HOOD AND I CANT WAIT TO MOVE. I THINK THE MANAGER FEELS LIKE THE TENANTS DONT HAVE GOOD CREDIT OR CANT AFFORD TO MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE SO OH WELL. THIS PLACE WOULDNT BE SO BAD IF THEY WOULD CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS, AND NOT JUST THE MONEY.

I hate to say it, but this is dead-on accurate. I am also living here. I am here because I am trying to save money and I liked that I am in the "center" of the city it seems. However, you DO get what you pay for. When I moved in (October) the apliances in the kitchen were broken, they still are (December), The maintenance men are sorry, If y ou dont get plastic to put over your windows and doors, your bills will be high because there is a draft coming in from each, The electrical wiring in the apartments is not all it is cracked up to be, the fixtures are cheap, the molding is missing or poorly done, it just looks...cheap. It is good for a person who is just starting out, but AS SOON AS the lease is up, I am out of here. I'd rather pay $650-$700 for a two bedroom and be safter than living in a place that may potentially burn to the ground becuase of the wiring. ALSO, our apartment has silverfish, and I dont think that the brown goop that the pest control man sprays in the bathroom is helping. I've had better luck with a can of Raid.

This property has seen major turn around since January 2008. Construction has begun on the buildings, which caught fire due to tenant neglect, and not wiring issues. Management has made every effort to keep troubles makers off the property, but when the tenants won't report issues, how are the office staff supposed to handle what they aren't aware of. As far as pest control goes, that also falls onto the tenants as well, if you would clean your NASTY ASS apartments, maybe you wouldn't have bugs.The thugs that you refer to on the property are usually friends and visitors of current tenants. Management can't tell people who a tenant can and can't have in their apartment. The only thing that they can do is issue warnings to the tenant if their guests are causing trouble. An apartment complex is like a neighborhood, us, the tenants make it what it is, not the management and maintenance. If we decide to lower our standards and let these thug ass ------- visit us, the we have no one to blame but ourselves. You need to get off your ass and stop complaining and find ways to make this community better. And as far as the pest control, I have seen them spray, and it may not work, but it is OUR responsibility as the tenant, to make sure that our house is sanitary, and if that means buying a $5.00 can of RAID for peace of mind, so be it. The majority of the complaints on this complex, are more than likely, from tenant that are facing eviction, got evicted, or just want to blame everyone else for their own stupidity. GROW UP!!!!
