I have live at Festival Apartments for three years. This apartment community has a very "welcoming" environment!! The office staff is very helpful and friendly, and have always gone above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed them! My requests for maintenance in the apartment have always been taken care of in a timely manner! I will definitely continue to make Festival Apartments my home and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!!
