I just moved from Festival Apartments. I do not agree with the previous ratings. The grounds are a disgrace. Dog manure is everywhere. Residents are not supposed to have animals over 40lbs, but they do. The lady next door to me was a filthy wench, who never cleaned up after her dog. Also, she allowed her dog to roam freely. I had to have my apartment exterminated for fleas, and I did not own a pet. The lady above me was totally ignorant and loud. She played music all night long and on the weekends the sound of her stereo was continuous. I would expect inconsiderate behavior from young adults, but these low class morons should have known better.
I paid over 700.00 a month and the only thing I liked about the apartment was the washer and dryer. When I moved in, I was given a filthy apartment. The maintance crew was nice, and so was Casie. The complex manager, Susan, is extremely unprofessional. This complex is quickly on its way to being another Fieldcrest. I remember how nice Fieldcrest once was and how quickly it went down. Well, Festival will be next. For 700.00 a month, you can find a better location and apartment complex manager to deal with. She is an absolute witch. If I only had to deal with Casie, I might have considered moving to a different apartment because she is a sweetheart. They need to put up a gate to the entrance to keep some of the trasients out, but then again, they rent to a lot of transients.
The pictures do not tell the true story and I am glad I am out of that "ghetto fabulous" god awful place.

large dogs are accepted-restrictions are made against agressive breeds. It is my opinion that when those individuals feel as though rules do not apply to them and management has to inforce the rules, that particular person becomes hostile and wants to blame the manager whose job is to inforce the rules.
