I lived at the Festival once for 4 years and i wold like to know what happend' I came back to live at The Festival and was heart broken. When i moved in I had to thoroughly clean out the apartment it was filthy. The once nice well kept apartments are now dirty and unattractive. You would think that an apartment complex right next to one of Montgomery's most beatiful attractions would care how there grounds look. There is no landscaping only around the office, and the inside of the apartments use to be attractive not anymore you would think with the cost to rent the apartments they would remodel and keep the apartments nice but you can tell they only do patch jobs. There is horrible water pressure if you love to take showers, old spray painted over refrigerators, very old dishwashers, awful spray painted and caulked over mold bathtubs, and dog crap everywhere. This complex has really gone down and it makes me sad....i guess all that matters is if you can afford the rent you can live in the Festival cause it also seems that they rent to anyone now. it use to be peaceful.

I totally agree. Festival apartments are a DUMP! I heard the owner had been trying to sell it for years, so this may account for the horrible conditions. I lived their for only six months before I had to move. The office staff were horribly unprofessional. Cassie was the only decent person their and the maintenance man, John. They rent to low and no class people who you cannot trust. I use to complain about the dog poop constantly. Every Saturday, one resident would play his music so loudly my windows would shake. He was two streets over and when I complained, I was told he was within his rights...This place is a horribly pathetic dump. Avoid at all cost
