I have just read the review saying the office staff is terrible. The staff here are always ready and willing to help with any problem if they can. Sometimes they cannot respond in a way that the resident wants, they are governed by Fair Housing and have a higher power to respond to. They respond quickly and are always eager to do so. The property is under new management and the staff is doing a lot of things to make the property look better. I have found that reviews such as the terrible staff are written by someone that is anger at the staff or the staff could not do what the resident wanted. I would not live anywhere else and the staff here is the best.
