I have lived here for 3 years. During that time I have called the police twice when I observed people breaking into cars. In addtion to the these events, my neighbor had the rims stolen off his car and another neighbor had her apartment door kicked in and her laptop stolen. I was recently the victem of a break-in and had over $17,000 worth of items stolen. The theives entered my apartment without having to break the door in. The apartment manager told my parents that anyone with lock-picking skills could open these locks. I am attempting to break my lease so that I can move. I am afraid to remain there because next time I may be physically harmed. I warn anyone who is considering renting here to consider another location. The only security here is a police officer who parks his car outside his apartment when he is sleeping.
