I've lived at Morningview for over a year. The rent is dirt cheap and at first I was really concerned about safety but I haven't personally had any problems. I mind my own business and don't invite any trouble. The grounds are kept very clean and the manager is very friendly and sweet. I wouldn't want to stay forever but it's been a great stepping stone for me. The walls are a little thin and my neighbors haven't always been the quietest I could ask for but I could think of worse situations to be in. Overall, I've been pleasantly surprised.
