I thought this place was going to be nice, but the longer I am here, the more disappointed I am. When I have an issue, I have tried to go to the manager to discuss things, whether over the phone or in person. She makes you feel like you are a complete intrusion to her day and for the most part, things are not handled in a timely manner at all. I normally have to call back 2 or 3 times to get things done. The apartment is OK, but it still wasnt as clean as an apartment should be when you move in. The property definately looks better than when I first moved in, which is nice. However, having to deal with this staff often doesnt make it worthwhile at all. I am already looking at new places for when my lease expires.
