We moved in Apr 01, when we moved in it was a great place to live. In or around Dec 01 the apartments went under new management and downhill. The gate stopped working and residents would have to break the bar to get in or out. It wasn?t safe at all. Parking was terrible we often had to park two building down and walk home. The Laundermat was horribly nasty and at least 3 washers were broke, the lock on the laundermat door was taped so it wouldn't lock because the push button code didn't work. The hottub was broke. The Whirlpool bath in the master spit trash all in the tub if the jucuzzi was turned on. When it rained it soaked the hallway floor from the closet where the hot water heater was at. The staff was very dumb, and the manager was even dumber. The place should now be condemned. We moved out as soon as our lease was up, which on our lease said 30 days notice, but the mgr said it was a 45 day notice until we showed her our contract. So if you decide to stay there for some unknown reason, you best retain a copy of your lease. It just was a very bad experience. My recommendation it to stay away from this place.
