I have been staying in the paddock club going on three years, and I love the property and the apartments. The grounds are always neat and clean,and so is the fitness center. The apartment itself is hughe with stand up showers 7 whirlpool tubs ( it kinda spoils you, i cnat imagine staying anywhere else.
Out of my 3 years I've never experinced a problem with the managment, they even pass out gift bags in the mornings on residents apreciation week. The only thing I recommend is that you view the transfer/moving policy-it can get costy.:)
