First let me start by saying that I apologize for my last negative review of the community. I was upset with myself for miscalculating my balance and was charged a late fee. When I went to address the notice at the leasing office they were very nice and explained to me where I made my error. Disappointed by the fact that I was still required to pay the imposed late fee, I did make a few comments that were out of anger and not exactly a true reflection of how I feel about my new home at The Paddock Club. The gates do remain open during the day, however the bars are closed...and when I asked about this I was informed that they are waiting on some repairs to be made so that the big gates can be closed as well (I was also told that it was due to a vehicle hitting the big gate and that they malfunction during operation). I have to assume that this would be someone who did not live here, because why would someone who lives here and cares about security as I do hit the gate''' I think my fellow neighbors should use better judgement when inviting people over - because I know it can't be them leaving trash on the property, breaking the gates, or being inconsiderate of their noise levels at all hours of the night. I have to say that I am very impressed with the courtesy officers, because any time I have a complaint they always get it taken care of immediately. Lastly, I have to say that Jami and Brett have been very helpful, not only when making the selection of my new home, but also with the assistance of maintenance and requests for service. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to call home. It comes with all of the "extras" that are hard to find - like genuine customer service. I will definitely be living here for a long time.
