I have a friend that lives at the Reserve. The apartments are beuautiful and well-made, the management is nice. Keep in mind that the complex is still under construction, so a lot of the things that they advertise, i.e. controlled access; a pool; etc have not been constructed. The residents were told that the gates would be up in the fall of 2005, and when I went by in mid-decmber, they had not even started. This has led to some problems with people's cars being broken into, and I even heard about a mugging that took place in the parking lot.
They tell you that the monitored alarm system is included in the astronomical rent, but it does not include the monitoring fee, which they will not mention to you.
All in all, it seems that it has the makings of a wonderful place to live, but it still needs a bit of work before I would feel safe living there.

I was notified of some building delays that prevented my moving in until the 14th, and I am looking forward to it. From what I understand, parking is still a serious problem, I haven't been by in a few weeks, so the gates may be up. The office staff is very kind, I've spoken to Jenny on many occasions, and she definatly makes me feel welcome there. I'll certainly keep this site posted.
