I chose to come live at this property after horrible experiences at places closer to the center of Montgomery. Although the rent is expensive (and has already gone up), it's well worth it. The grounds are as well-kept as they can be for a property still under construction, the apartments beautiful, the office staff friendly and and devoted to providing the best possible service. The apartments are well insulated, I haven't heard a sound from my neighbors, the neighborhood is quiet and filled with upscale people (my last apartment was filled with gangbangers, with an occasional shooting, robbery, or murder, and sometimes all three). I love it here, and feel safe and well-cared for. Worth every penny!

Okay. I have an update. I've been at the Reserve for a few months now, and the only complaints that I have is that there is only one dumpster (which can be a chore0 for the whole complex; also there are more apartment buildings being constucted, and when a good storm blows through, there's trash everywhere. Don't let this dissuade you, though. The grounds are well-kept, the management is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is top-notch. I love my apartment, and definately recommend this place to anyone!
