I have lived at the Reserve for over a year now, and have recently moved into one of the newly finished apartments. I really liked the first apartment except for the location and view - which is why I changed apartments. However, my new apartment seems as though it was haphazardly built. My neighbor has already complained that she can hear my TV at night (even though it is not loud), and I can hear many noises through the walls in the bathroom. Also, a lot of shortcuts were made in the building (to save them money) but my rent is now higher. I am a bit disappointed.
