I am very excited to be the first to tell about my wonderful experience. When I moved back to Montgomery I almost made the biggest mistake ever because I was about to move into Central Park Apartments...I am soooooooo happy I didn't because while visiting my guy out there...MY ****** CAR GOT BROKEN INTO!!! Lol and it's supposed to be one of the best neighborhoods...YEAH RIGHT!!!
Okay River Parkway may not have the well developed immaculate landscape, but I must say it always stayed neat! As far as security, I never had to worry about that, especially being a very young female college student who lived by myself. My flirtatious and extremely nosey, but somewhat sweet coutesty officer always patrolled the area. Like an idiot, I made a mistake and left my door unlocked for an entire week while I was out of town and everything was still perfect when I went inside. Also I always had to come in late because of my late practices for my activities after class, my job, family, and of course extremely late from going out. Yet, I never had to worry about anything. Then it was always quiet! I'm not a person who keeps up alot noise, but my neighbors never did either. I even found out later I had a few friends from school who stayed three doors down and I never knew until few months ago! The floor plan was the best, considering I love space, and they definately provided alot! Oh and if are a person who love clothes and shoes like me; you will definately be satisfied with the walk-in closet. The bathroom is extremely spacious and trust me I am definately a lady who loves her bathroom space. Also I was completely against moving into the downstairs apartment because I can't stand to hear anyone walking over me, but I never heard anything! Incredible...I know! As far as location...alot a people joked about it being in the "boon-docks", but that was actually good considering it took no more than ten to fifteen minutes to get to any part of the city I wanted and plus I was right next the interstate and the toll bridge to Prattville, which is great because of the cheaper tax.
It's honestly nothing negative I can say about River Parkway, because its the best price to live extremely nice. Best of all they are new! So that means everything inside is new! If u like space and quality living this would be a great option for you! I'm even considering moving back down!
